This is a completely rebuilt Wheelabrator 12 cube machine, featuring all new steel flights and many other replacements. Includes loader and shaker unloader. Outlined below is the scope of work.

• Main Cabinet
• Cleaned and repainted
• Replaced mill drive shaft
• Replaced mill drive shaft bearings
• Replaced barrel head trunnion assemblies
• Replaced barrel head hubs
• Replaced 6 links and link pins
• Replaced all flights
• Fixed several holes and bent liner mounts
• Replaced lower auger bearing and seals
• Replaced boot section pulley lagging
• Replaced boot section bearings and seal
• Replaced solenoids with updated units
• Replaced lower two wheels on main door
• Replaced lower door limit switch
• Blast Wheel
• Cleaned and repainted
• Replaced motor bearings
• Replaced wheel unit bearings
• Replaced wheel unit seals
• Replaced tune up kit in wheel
• Replaced top wheel liner
• Replaced wheel box seals front, back, and top
• Separator/Hopper/Head Section
• Cleaned and repainted
• Completely tore apart separator and hopper and head section for cleaning
• Replaced abrasive valve with updated model
• Replaced lagging on head section pulley
• Loader
• Cleaned and repainted
• Re-sealed reducer
• Replaced loader cable
• Added spacers to underside of bucket for elevation difference
• Shaker Unloader
